Pre-Orders for Flax ApparelWe offer a 10% discount for pre-orders of flax clothing for a limited time, only during the beginning of each new flax collection. Please note, pre-payment is required to guarantee all pre-orders. Returns or Cancellations are issued Store Credit only. If exchanges are needed for the same flax clothing item in the same color but a different size, there is no additional cost to you. All other exchanges will require additional fees such as price adjustments for different colors and/or shipping charges. Items may be returned within 15 days of the shipment date. Please call or email for Return Authorization as this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Items will not be accepted without Authorizations, NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns must be accompanied by tags and copy of the invoice.Return PolicyFlax clothing items may be returned for refund within 15 days of the shipment date.
