A: We offer a 10% discount for flax clothing pre-orders for a limited time only during the beginning of each new flax collection. Please note, pre-payment is required to guarantee all pre-orders. Q: Why should I pre-order Flax clothing? A: To guarantee you will receive the exact color, style and size you would love to add to your wardrobe! The 10% OFF Flax pre-order discount offered on our already low prices is not bad either! Q: Why can it take up to 12 weeks to receive Flax orders? A: It can take this long to produce the new collections. I speak with my Flax Designs sales representative daily to check on the availability of all items that are on order. This is the reason why you may receive items earlier then expected and in several different shipments. As soon as I receive your items, they are shipped immediately to you. Q: Can I return a Flax pre-order? A: Absolutely! If for whatever reason you are not happy with your pre-order, simply call or email within 15 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization #. We only issue store credits for pre-orders, there is no expiration date on store credits. For complete details on pre-orders please read our pre-order policy. Q: What is your return policy? A: Special Order items and Clearance items are Final Sales – these items are Non-Returnable. All regular priced clothing items may be returned for refund within 15 days of the shipment date. Please call or email for Return Authorization, this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Items will not be accepted without Authorizations, NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns must be accompanied by tags and a copy of the invoice. Q: What is your exchange policy for Flax clothes? A: If exchanges are needed for the same flax clothing item in the same color but a different size, there is no additional cost to you. All other exchanges will require additional fees such as price adjustments for different colors and/or shipping charges. Q: What are my shipping fees if my order contains Pre-Order items, In-Stock items and Backorder items? A: If you place a Mix and Match order with in-stock, pre-order and backorder items, U.S. customers will only pay our low $8.95 Flat Rate Shipping fee. We'll ship your in-stock items within 24 hours, your backorder items as soon as they come in, and your pre-order items when they are available - with no extra shipping costs!
